DAG Auto Brokers provides vehicle sourcing and advisory services only. DAG does not sell vehicles directly, does not take ownership of vehicles, and does not act as a motor vehicle dealer. DAG acts as an independent auto brokerage service assisting clients in locating vehicles through third-party sellers and vendors.
All vehicle listings, descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice and must be independently verified. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time prior to final confirmation.
All transactions are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance by the applicable third-party seller or vendor. DAG reserves the right to decline or cancel any pending transaction due to availability issues, verification concerns, pricing discrepancies, or vendor limitations.
DAG does not perform mechanical inspections, guarantee vehicle condition, or provide warranties unless expressly stated in writing. Any inspections, warranties, financing, transportation, or related services are provided by third parties and are subject to separate agreements between the client and those providers.
The client is solely responsible for conducting due diligence, verifying vehicle condition and documentation, and making all final purchasing decisions. DAG shall not be liable for losses, damages, delays, or expenses arising from unavailable vehicles, canceled transactions, third-party actions, or inaccuracies provided by sellers or vendors.
By engaging DAG Auto Brokers’ services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Sale.
