DAG Auto Brokers

Commitment to Transparent Transactions

DAG Auto Brokers operates as a licensed and bonded automotive brokerage service dedicated to facilitating vehicle sourcing, negotiation, and coordination between buyers and third-party vendors, including vehicle sellers, dealerships, transport providers, and related service entities.

To promote confidence and fairness in all transactions, DAG supports structured dispute resolution processes designed to address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Role of DAG in Third-Party Transactions

DAG Auto Brokers acts solely as an intermediary and negotiation representative on behalf of clients. Any final purchase agreement, financing arrangement, transportation contract, warranty agreement, or related service contract is entered into directly between the buyer and the applicable third-party provider.

DAG is not a party to such agreements and does not assume contractual liability for the performance, delivery, or obligations of third-party vendors.

Vendor Arbitration Support

In the event a dispute arises concerning:

  • Vehicle title delivery

  • Material misrepresentation of vehicle condition

  • Failure to perform agreed services

  • Documentation discrepancies

  • Contract fulfillment issues

DAG may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication and arbitration discussions between the client and the vendor involved.

This assistance may include:

  • Reviewing transaction documentation

  • Coordinating vendor response timelines

  • Providing condition report references

  • Supporting resolution dialogue

  • Escalating concerns through established vendor channels

Such assistance is intended to promote fair outcomes but does not guarantee a specific resolution.

Arbitration Process Framework

Where applicable and permitted under governing agreements, disputes may be addressed through:

  • Informal negotiation between the parties

  • Mediation facilitated by neutral third parties

  • Binding or non-binding arbitration as defined in vendor contracts

  • Applicable consumer protection or commercial dispute forums

Clients are encouraged to review all third-party agreements carefully to understand dispute resolution procedures, jurisdictional requirements, and any arbitration clauses that may apply.

Client Responsibilities

Clients acknowledge and agree to:

  • Conduct reasonable due diligence prior to finalizing transactions

  • Review all contracts and disclosures provided by third-party vendors

  • Confirm vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability

  • Maintain records of communications and transaction documentation

  • Notify DAG promptly of any concerns requiring brokerage assistance

Limitation of Brokerage Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAG Auto Brokers shall not be liable for losses, damages, delays, or expenses arising from disputes between clients and third-party vendors, including but not limited to arbitration outcomes, contract enforcement issues, or service performance matters.

DAG’s role is limited to brokerage representation and coordination support.

Good Faith Resolution Commitment

DAG remains committed to promoting professional conduct, vendor accountability, and fair transaction standards. When appropriate, DAG will make reasonable efforts to support constructive resolution discussions and maintain the integrity of the client experience.
